![]() David Bell is a safe bet for your dynasty rosters this spring. At the end of the day, Bell will have the most production and arguably the best overall profile of any wide receiver in the 2022 class. 1.10 David Bell WR Purdue ( Joe O’Leary)ĭavid Bell might be the boring name, but all he does is produce. Getting a player who can have a high-end impact in the late first is a huge win. Spiller has the size to be a bell cow at the NFL level, along with plus ability in the receiving game to be a difference-maker in fantasy as a rookie. To see him fall to the 1.09 had me double-checking the spreadsheet, wondering how he was still available. Isaiah Spiller is my top-ranked running back in the 22 class. 1.09 Isaiah Spiller RB Texas A&M (Jesse Moeller) Wilson could step in immediately and be solid fantasy producer. I think he can win at all three levels against zone and man-to-man. Garrett Wilson is arguably WR1 of this class and to get him at pick 1.08 is a steal. I think in this draft class, the value is in the back half of the first round and boy did I get value. 1.08 Garrett Wilson WR Ohio State ( Brandon Haye) I’m happy to take Kenny Pickett at the 1.07 spot in this exercise. Completing 67.7 percent of his passes for 4066 yards and 40 touchdowns sounds like a QB with upside to me. The latest CBS mock draft has Pickett going to the Steelers in the first round. When doing a SuperFlex mock draft, you always want to leave it with a viable quarterback if possible. 1.07 Kenny Pickett QB Pittsburgh ( Brian Craighead) I suspect barring some draft surprises, I will have a lot of shares of Kenneth Walker in 2022. However, watching his tape I just love how he finds so many ways to be productive. A lot has been made about the lack of top-end athleticism. ![]() Right now he is 2nd in rushing yards, Top-10 in yards per carry, and in a 3-way tie for 4th in rushing touchdowns with the first overall pick in this mock draft, Breece Hall. With the quarterbacks I love all gone, there are very few players in this class I love more than Kenneth Walker. 1.06 Kenneth Walker RB MSU ( Michael Improta) In a Superflex I think this is a steal, as Howell is my QB1 for the 2022 draft class. Howell will be a starting quarterback in the NFL for multiple years. This season, he’s showing athleticism that wasn’t expected by the casual viewer. Howell’s shown in the past that he has the football IQ to go through multiple reads. People forget that this UNC team is decimated compared to previous years. 1.05 Sam Howell QB UNC ( Thomas Christopher)Īs a UNC fan I was ecstatic to see Howell fall to me here. He isn’t a perfect prospect but seems poised to be a high NFL pick with a nice fantasy ceiling. Matt Corral has the makeup and play style NFL teams are looking for in a modern quarterback, and is living up to the hype he had coming into the year. 1.04 Matt Corral QB Ole Miss ( Zach Haugen) He will stand out once he walks onto the NFL field. Players like Burks do not come around every year. The speed will jump out at you against SEC competition and to be able to do it as his size blows me away. Burks is a size /speed specimen and someone the dynasty community will be drooling over once he posts his Pro Day numbers. I was thrilled to get Treylon Burks at 1.03, as he is my top-ranked fantasy player in the class. ![]() 1.03 Treylon Burks WR Arkansas ( Jesse Moeller) Malik Willis is an intriguing talent with a high-end fantasy ceiling. ![]() A team like the Carolina Panthers would be a great landing spot where Willis can learn how to be a true dual-threat QB under Cam Newton. 1.02 Malik Willis QB Liberty ( Mikey Cannavo)Įveryone is going to write off Malik Willis just like they did Lamar Jackson and Jalen Hurts. Breece Hall is an elite talent at running back. Hall has added 20 touchdowns or more each of the past two seasons. In both 20, Hall has over 1200 rushing yards on under 300 attempts. I know what you’re thinking: Why would you take a running back first overall in a Superflex league? Well, this class doesn’t have a sure-fire QB1. Let’s take a look at our round one results! 1.01 Breece Hall RB Iowa State ( Hunter Greene) A good time to get accustomed to some of the names you will be hearing more and more of in the offseason leading up to your dynasty rookie drafts.įor the purpose of this exercise, our staff drafted based on SuperFlex tight end premium settings. As the college football season nears an end, we gathered our League Winners staff for an early 2022 dynasty rookie mock draft. ![]()
